Cloud Solutions

Cloud architecture, migration and cost control — with identity, network boundaries and backups configured properly.

Overview

Cloud problems are rarely about the cloud. They are about permissions nobody can explain, resources nobody claims, and a backup process nobody has tested. Migration without addressing those simply relocates the risk.

We design for least privilege, explicit network boundaries and tested recovery, and we document what was built and why so your team can operate it without us.

Infrastructure defined in version control, not in a console

Capabilities

What cloud solutions covers

  • Architecture and landing zones

Account structure, identity model and network topology designed before workloads move, so the foundation does not have to be rebuilt later.

  • Migration

Staged migration of applications and data with a rehearsed rollback at each step, rather than a single cutover weekend.

  • Infrastructure as code

Environments defined in version-controlled code so changes are reviewable and staging genuinely matches production.

  • Resilience and cost review

Backup and restore testing against a stated recovery objective, plus a review of what your current spend is actually buying.

Process

How we deliver it

The four stages cloud solutions moves through, and what you have at the end of each.

  1. Assessment

An inventory of what you run today, what it depends on, and which workloads are worth moving first.

  2. Target design

Identity, network and data-residency decisions documented and agreed, including how access will be reviewed over time.

  3. Migrate in stages

Lowest-risk workloads first, each with a tested rollback path and a defined success check.

  4. Operate and review

Monitoring, alerting and a restore test you can point to, with a handover to whoever will run it.

Copy pending founder sign-off

PRD §8 requires the exact scope of each service to be confirmed before final copy. Outstanding for this one:

  • Which cloud providers are supported (PRD §27 lists this as an open question)
  • Whether managed/ongoing cloud operations is offered as a retained service

Draft copy

Include the country code.

Optional, but it helps us propose something realistic. Any currency, and a range is fine.

What needs to exist, what problem it solves, and any constraints we should know about — compliance, deadlines, systems it has to work with.

Commercially sensitive details are best left out of a web form — tell us enough to scope it and we'll take the rest over a call.

Other capabilities

  • Cybersecurity

Assessment, hardening and incident readiness — findings ranked by real business impact, with the fixes done, not just listed.

  • DevSecOps

Pipelines that ship faster and catch security problems before they reach production — not after a customer finds them.

  • Full Stack

One team across the whole system — the architecture, the services behind it, and the payment rails it has to settle through.
